
Zesty Lemon Butter Fish Fillets – Quick Recipe
Ingredients:
• 4 white fish fillets (tilapia, cod, or haddock)
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• 2 garlic cloves (minced)
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Season fish fillets with salt and pepper.
2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
3. Add fish fillets; cook 3–4 minutes per side, until golden and flaky.
4. Drizzle lemon juice and zest over fish during the last minute of cooking.
