Ingredients
• 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined (tails on or off)
• 1 tbsp neutral oil (canola or avocado)
• 4–5 cloves garlic, minced
• ½ tsp fresh ginger, grated (optional but great)
Sauce
• ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
• 1½ tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
• 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• ½ tsp chili flakes (optional, for heat)
Garnish (Optional)
• Sliced green onions
• Sesame seeds
• Lime wedges

Instructions
1. Prep the Shrimp
• Pat shrimp dry and lightly season with salt and pepper.

2. Make the Sauce
• In a small bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, vinegar (or lime), sesame oil, and chili flakes.

3. Cook the Shrimp
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add shrimp in a single layer; cook 1½–2 minutes per side until pink and just cooked.
3. Remove shrimp and set aside.

4. Garlic & Sauce
1. Lower heat to medium.
2. Add garlic and ginger; sauté 20–30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Pour in the sauce and simmer 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.

• Return shrimp to skillet and toss to coat in sauce.
• Cook 30–60 seconds until glossy and heated through.
