• Salt & freshly ground black pepper
• ½ cup blue cheese (Gorgonzola or Roquefort), crumbled
• ½ cup walnuts, roughly chopped and lightly toasted
• 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
• Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)

1️⃣ Roast the Pears
• Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.
• Place pears cut-side up on a baking sheet.
• Brush with olive oil or butter, season lightly with salt and pepper.
• Roast 15–18 minutes until tender and lightly caramelized.

• Remove from oven.
• Sprinkle blue cheese and walnuts over pears.
• Return to oven 5–7 minutes, until cheese softens.
