🔪 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Lobster Tails
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the shell lengthwise.
3. Gently pull the meat up and rest it on top of the shell.
4. Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
5. Brush generously over the lobster meat.
2️⃣ Bake the Lobster
• Place lobster tails on a baking sheet.
• Bake for 12–15 minutes, until meat is opaque and internal temp reaches 140°F (60°C).
• Broil for the last 1–2 minutes if you want extra color.
⸻
3️⃣ Sear the Scallops
1. Pat scallops very dry with paper towels (this is key for a good crust).
2. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat until very hot.
4. Add olive oil, then scallops (don’t overcrowd).
5. Sear 2–3 minutes per side without moving them until golden.
6. Add butter, garlic, and herbs during the last minute; spoon butter over scallops.
