• 🥛 1 cup Greek yogurt
• 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
• 🌿 1 tbsp fresh dill or mint
• 🧀 ¼ cup crumbled feta
• 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 🧂 Salt & pepper

👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken
1. Mix chicken with garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
2. Marinate 15 minutes (or up to 4 hours).

2️⃣ Roast the Bell Peppers
1. Toss peppers with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Roast at 220°C (425°F) for 10–12 minutes until lightly charred.
Or grill them for extra flavor.

• Heat a skillet or grill pan over high heat.
• Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
