
Grilled Garlic Shrimp Skewers – Quick Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1 lb large shrimp (peeled & deveined)
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 4 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp paprika
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)
Instructions:
1. Marinate shrimp in olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper for 15–30 minutes.
2. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
3. Grill over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
4. Serve with lemon wedges and fresh herbs if desired.
