
Greek Beef Wraps with Roasted Garlic Feta 🌮🌮🌮
🥩 Ingredients (4 servings)
Beef
• 500 g beef strips (sirloin or flank)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp paprika
• Salt & black pepper
• Juice of ½ lemon
Roasted Garlic Feta
• 150 g feta cheese
• 1 whole garlic bulb
• 1–2 tbsp olive oil
• Pinch chili flakes (optional)
Wrap filling
• 4 flatbreads/pitas/tortillas
• Cherry tomatoes, halved
• Cucumber slices
• Red onion, thinly sliced
• Fresh parsley or dill
• Optional: olives, lettuce

🔥 Instructions
1. Roast the garlic feta
1. Heat oven to 200°C.
2. Slice the top off the garlic bulb, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil.
3. Roast 30–35 minutes until soft.
4. Squeeze roasted garlic into a bowl with feta.
5. Mash together with olive oil until creamy. Set aside.

2. Cook the beef
1. Toss beef with oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
2. Heat a skillet on high.
3. Cook beef 3–5 minutes until browned and juicy.

3. Warm the wraps
Heat flatbreads briefly in a pan or oven until soft.

4. Assemble
Spread roasted garlic feta on each wrap.
Add beef + fresh veggies + herbs.
Fold tightly.
