Prepare the hummus:

Place the bowl of hummus in the center of a large wooden board or platter.
Add pita chips:
Fan out the pita chips next to the hummus, creating height and texture.
Add fresh vegetables:
Arrange cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes in small groups.
Add lemon wedges and pickled onions to different sections for balance.
