Golden Puff Pastry Brie with Cranberry-Raspberry Lava Core

Ingredients:

1 wheel (8–10 oz) brie cheese

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

½ cup cranberry sauce

¼ cup raspberry preserves

1 teaspoon orange zest

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Fresh cranberries, for garnish

1 sprig fresh rosemary

Flour, for dusting

Pecan and seed-crusted crackers, for serving

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Lightly flour a surface and roll puff pastry just enough to smooth seams.

Place brie in the center. Mix cranberry sauce, raspberry preserves, and orange zest, then spoon over the top of the brie.

Wrap pastry up and over the brie, sealing edges underneath. Cut decorative leaf shapes from excess pastry and place on top.

Brush entire pastry with egg wash for a glossy finish.

Bake for 20–25 minutes until deeply golden and puffed.

Rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh cranberries and rosemary. Serve warm with crackers as the center flows out like lava.
