
Garlic Parmesan Chicken Spaghetti 🍝

Ingredients
Chicken
• 600 g (1.3 lb) chicken breast, sliced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1½ tsp Cajun seasoning (adjust for heat)
• ½ tsp smoked paprika
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• Salt & black pepper
Pasta
• 400 g (14 oz) spaghetti
• Salted water
Cajun Cream Sauce
• 2 tbsp butter
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 small onion or shallot, finely diced
• 1½ cups (360 ml) heavy cream
• ½ cup (120 ml) chicken stock
• 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
• ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
• 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
• ½ tsp Italian seasoning
• Black pepper to taste
Finish
• Extra Parmesan
• Fresh parsley or basil, chopped
• Lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
1. Boil spaghetti in well-salted water until al dente.
2. Reserve 1 cup pasta water, then drain.

2. Season & Cook the Chicken
1. Toss chicken with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
4. Remove and set aside.

3. Make the Cajun Cream Sauce
1. In the same pan, melt butter.
2. Sauté onion for 2–3 minutes until soft.
3. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
4. Pour in cream and chicken stock.
5. Stir in Cajun seasoning, chili flakes, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
6. Simmer 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
7. Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan until smooth.

4. Combine
1. Add spaghetti to the sauce, tossing to coat.
2. Add reserved pasta water a little at a time until silky.
3. Slice chicken and return to pan.
4. Toss gently and heat through.
