🛒 Ingredients
For the Crab
• 2–3 lbs king crab legs (fully cooked, thawed if frozen)
• 6 tbsp unsalted butter
• 4–5 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional but delicious)
• Salt & black pepper, to taste
• Fresh parsley, chopped
Optional Add-Ins
• Old Bay seasoning or Cajun seasoning
• Red pepper flakes (for heat)
• Fresh thyme or rosemary
For Serving
• Lemon wedges
• Crusty bread or garlic bread
• Corn on the cob, roasted potatoes, or asparagus

🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Crab
• Use kitchen shears to lightly cut open the shells lengthwise (optional but makes eating easier).
• Place crab legs on a large baking sheet or roasting pan.

2️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter
• Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
• Add garlic and sauté 30–45 seconds until fragrant (don’t brown).
• Stir in lemon juice, paprika, and optional seasoning.
• Remove from heat.

• Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
• Brush or pour garlic butter generously over the crab legs.
• Cover loosely with foil.
• Bake for 15–18 minutes, until heated through.
