
Dill and Lemon Crusted Salmon 🐟🍋🌿
Ingredients (2–3 servings):
For the Salmon:
2–3 salmon fillets (150–200 g / 5–7 oz each)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Dill Lemon Crust:
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan (optional)
1 clove garlic, minced
For Serving:
Lemon wedges
Fresh dill, for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the Crust
In a small bowl, mix chopped dill, lemon zest, breadcrumbs, Parmesan (if using), and minced garlic.
3. Prepare the Salmon
Pat salmon fillets dry, brush with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Press the dill-lemon mixture on top of each fillet.
4. Bake the Salmon
Place salmon on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake 12–15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden.
5. Serve
Plate the salmon and garnish with fresh dill and lemon wedges.
Optional: Serve with roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
