📋 Ingredients:

● 1 block of feta cheese (200g)
● 4 large flour tortillas
● 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
● 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
● 2 tablespoons olive oil
● Salt and pepper to taste
● 2 tablespoons honey
● 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
● Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

📝 Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2️⃣ Place the feta cheese in the center of a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Bake the feta for 20 minutes, until soft and slightly golden.
4️⃣ While the feta is baking, prepare the tortillas by placing spinach and red bell pepper slices on each tortilla.
5️⃣ Once the feta is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
6️⃣ Crumble the baked feta over the vegetables on the tortillas.
7️⃣ Roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps, securing them with toothpicks if necessary.
8️⃣ In a small saucepan, heat the honey and red pepper flakes over low heat until warm.
