For the Chicken

For the Creamy Mushroom Sauce
β’ π 300g mushrooms (button, cremini, or mixed), sliced

1 small onion, finely chopped
β’ π§ 3 cloves garlic, minced
β’ π§ 1β2 tbsp butter
β’ πΏ 1 tsp thyme (or Italian herbs)
β’ π· ΒΌ cup white wine (optional but amazing)
β’ π₯ 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
β’ π§ ΒΌ cup grated parmesan
β’ π§ Salt & pepper
β’ πΏ Fresh parsley (for garnish)

1οΈβ£ Cook the Chicken
1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
2. Heat olive oil + butter in a skillet.
3. Add chicken and sear until golden and cooked through.
4. Remove chicken and set aside.

2οΈβ£ Make the Mushroom Sauce
1. Add butter to the same skillet.
2. SautΓ© onions until soft.
3. Add mushrooms and cook until they release moisture and brown.
4. Stir in garlic and thyme.
5. Pour in white wine and let it reduce by half.
6. Add cream and parmesan, stirring until smooth and creamy.
7. Season with salt & pepper.
