1 tbsp butter
2 boneless chicken breasts, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
200g (7 oz) sliced mushrooms (white or cremini) 🍄
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 🧀

Method 🍽️
Cook Spaghetti: Boil spaghetti in a pot of salted water until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken and cook for 6–7 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
Sauté Aromatics: Add the garlic and mushrooms to the pan and cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring, until mushrooms are tender.
