
Baked Pears with Feta, Honey, and Cranberries
Ingredients
Pears
4 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
Topping
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
3 tbsp honey
¼ cup dried cranberries
2 tbsp chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Garnish
Fresh thyme or mint leaves (optional)
Directions
Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare Pears
Brush pear halves with olive oil or melted butter. Place them cut-side up in the baking dish.
Add Topping
Sprinkle crumbled feta and dried cranberries evenly over each pear half. Optionally, add chopped nuts for extra crunch.
Bake
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until pears are tender and topping is slightly golden.
Drizzle & Serve
Drizzle honey over baked pears and garnish with fresh thyme or mint. Serve warm as a dessert or festive side.
