
Sweet & Smoky Sticky Chili BBQ Chicken Twisted Pasta Delight
Ingredients:
12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
2 large chicken breasts, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Chopped green onions (optional garnish)
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and cook until golden and slightly caramelized, about 5–6 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium and add garlic, BBQ sauce, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and honey.
Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes until sticky and glossy.
Pour in heavy cream and mix until smooth.
Add cooked pasta and toss until fully coated.
Sprinkle in cheese and stir until melted.
Garnish with green onions or red pepper flakes if desired. Serve hot.
