🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Lobster Tails
1. Using kitchen shears, cut the shell down the center lengthwise.
2. Gently pull the meat up and rest it on top of the shell (but keep it attached at the base).

• In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Cajun seasoning, garlic, lemon juice, and smoked paprika.

• Heat grill to medium-high (about 400–425°F).
