🥔 Tater Tot “Buns”
• 1 bag frozen tater tots
• Cooking spray or olive oil
🥩 Burger Filling
• 450 g (1 lb) ground beef
• Salt & black pepper
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
🧀 Toppings
• 4–5 slices cheddar cheese, cut into squares
• Pickle slices
• Ketchup & mustard
🌿 Optional Extras
• Crispy bacon bits
• Caramelized onions
• Lettuce (finely chopped)

👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Tater Tot Buns
• Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F.
• Place tater tots in muffin tin wells (3–4 per well).
• Spray lightly with oil.
• Bake 10 minutes, then remove and press tots flat to form bun shapes.
• Return to oven and bake 10–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
2️⃣ Cook the Mini Patties
• Season ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
• Form small slider-sized patties.
• Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side.
• Add cheese on top during last minute to melt.
3️⃣ Assemble
• Place a mini patty on a tater tot bun.
• Add pickles, ketchup, mustard, and extras.
• Top with another tater tot bun.
4️⃣ Serve
• Serve hot with extra dipping sauces on the side.
