• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 large eggs
• 1¼ cups milk
• 2 tbsp melted butter

• ½ lb lump crab meat (picked clean)
• ½ lb shrimp, peeled, deveined & chopped
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• ½ tsp Old Bay or Cajun seasoning
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• ½ cup shredded mozzarella or Gruyère
• ¼ cup grated Parmesan
• 2 tbsp cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)

Garlic Cream Sauce
• 2 tbsp butter
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup heavy cream
• ½ cup Parmesan cheese
• ¼ tsp nutmeg (optional but classic)
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley for garnish

🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Crêpes
1. Whisk flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, and salt until smooth.
2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.
3. Pour about ¼ cup batter, swirl to coat pan.
4. Cook 1–2 minutes per side until lightly golden.
5. Stack and set aside.

2️⃣ Prepare the Seafood Filling
1. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
3. Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes until pink.
4. Gently fold in crab meat, seasoning, cream cheese, and cheeses.
5. Cook until melted and creamy. Remove from heat.

1. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
