Ingredients:
• 2 lobster tails, split and meat loosened
• 2 tbsp butter, melted
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp Cajun seasoning (or more to taste)
• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• Pinch of salt & pepper
• Optional: lemon wedges & chopped parsley
Instructions:
1. Prep Lobster:
Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each tail down the center. Gently lift the meat over the shell without detaching.
2. Make Honey Cajun Sauce:
Mix melted butter, olive oil, honey, Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic, salt & pepper.
3. Brush & Marinate:
Brush lobster meat with half the sauce. Let sit for 10 minutes.
4. Cook:
Grill or broil lobster tails for 10–12 minutes (until opaque and slightly charred), brushing with more sauce halfway through.
5. Finish & Serve:
Drizzle remaining sauce over cooked tails. Garnish with lemon wedges & parsley.
