For the Octopus:
1 whole octopus (2β2.5 lbs, cleaned)
1 bay leaf

1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar
For the Marinade:
3 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1. Tenderize the Octopus:

Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice/zest, parsley, paprika, salt & pepper.
Toss the cooked octopus tentacles in the marinade. Let sit 15β20 mins.
3. Grill:
