π₯ Creamy White Sauce:
β’ π§ 3 tbsp butter
β’ πΎ 3 tbsp flour
β’ π₯ 3 cups milk
β’ π§ Salt & pepper
β’ πΏ Β½ tsp Italian seasoning
β’ π§ 1 cup parmesan, grated
π§ Cheese Layer:
β’ π§ 1Β½ cups mozzarella, shredded
β’ π§ 1 cup ricotta (or mascarpone)
β’ π§ Β½ cup parmesan
β’ π₯ 1 egg
β’ πΏ 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
π Lasagna:
β’ π 12 lasagna sheets (no-boil or pre-cooked)

1οΈβ£ Make the Seafood Mixture
β’ Melt π§ butter in a pan.
β’ SautΓ© π§ garlic & π§
onion until fragrant.
β’ Add π¦ shrimp, π¦ crab, π¦ calamari, π fish.
β’ Cook 3β4 minutes until seafood is just cooked.
β’ Add π lemon juice, π§ salt, pepper.
β’ Set aside.

β’ In a pot, melt π§ butter.
β’ Whisk in πΎ flour β cook 1 min.
β’ Slowly add π₯ milk, whisking constantly.
β’ Add πΏ Italian seasoning, π§ salt, pepper, π§ parmesan.
β’ Simmer until thick and silky.
