🦐 Seafood Lasagna

Creamy, cheesy, luxurious — perfect for special dinners!

🧂 Ingredients

🦐 Seafood Filling:
• 🦐 300 g shrimp, peeled & chopped
• 🦀 200 g crab meat (fresh or imitation)
• 🦑 200 g calamari, sliced (optional)
• 🐟 150 g white fish, flaked (optional)
• 🧈 2 tbsp butter
• 🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 🧅 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 🧂 Salt & pepper

🥛 Creamy White Sauce:
• 🧈 3 tbsp butter
• 🌾 3 tbsp flour
• 🥛 3 cups milk
• 🧂 Salt & pepper
• 🌿 ½ tsp Italian seasoning
• 🧀 1 cup parmesan, grated

🧀 Cheese Layer:
• 🧀 1½ cups mozzarella, shredded
• 🧀 1 cup ricotta (or mascarpone)
• 🧀 ½ cup parmesan
• 🥚 1 egg
• 🌿 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

🍝 Lasagna:
• 🍝 12 lasagna sheets (no-boil or pre-cooked)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Seafood Mixture
• Melt 🧈 butter in a pan.
• Sauté 🧄 garlic & 🧅 onion until fragrant.
• Add 🦐 shrimp, 🦀 crab, 🦑 calamari, 🐟 fish.
• Cook 3–4 minutes until seafood is just cooked.
• Add 🍋 lemon juice, 🧂 salt, pepper.
• Set aside.

2️⃣ Make the Creamy White Sauce
• In a pot, melt 🧈 butter.
• Whisk in 🌾 flour → cook 1 min.
• Slowly add 🥛 milk, whisking constantly.
• Add 🌿 Italian seasoning, 🧂 salt, pepper, 🧀 parmesan.
• Simmer until thick and silky.
