
🌿 Grilled Parmesan Garlic Oysters 🦪🍋
🧄 Ingredients:
• 12 fresh oysters, shucked
• 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
• 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
• ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
• Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• Lemon wedges, for serving

🔥 Instructions:
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F / 200°C).
2. Prepare garlic butter:
• In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
3. Assemble oysters:
• Place shucked oysters on a grill-safe tray or directly on the grill with a bed of rock salt or crumpled foil to keep them level.
• Spoon 1–2 tsp of the garlic butter onto each oyster.
• Sprinkle a generous pinch of Parmesan cheese over each one.
4. Grill:
• Close the lid and grill for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
5. Garnish:
• Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve hot with lemon wedges.
