🥣 Ingredients (2–3 servings)
For the steak
• 300–400 g steak (ribeye, sirloin, or filet), cut into bites
• Salt & black pepper
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 clove garlic, smashed
• Optional: rosemary or thyme
For the ravioli
• 250–300 g cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
• Salt for boiling water
Garlic butter sauce
• 4 tbsp butter
• 3–4 cloves garlic, finely minced
• ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp chopped parsley
• 2 tbsp grated parmesan
• Fresh black pepper

👩🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the steak bites
1. Pat steak dry and season generously with salt + pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan until very hot.
3. Add steak bites—cook 1–2 minutes per side until browned.
4. Lower heat, add 1 tbsp butter + garlic + rosemary.
5. Spoon butter over the steak for flavor.
6. Remove and set aside.

2. Cook the ravioli
• Boil salted water.
• Cook ravioli until they float (2–4 minutes if fresh).
• Drain and reserve a little pasta water.

3. Make the garlic butter sauce
1. In the same pan, melt 4 tbsp butter.
2. Add minced garlic and cook 30–45 sec (don’t brown it).
3. Add chili flakes, lemon juice, and a splash of pasta water.
4. Mix in parmesan until it becomes silky.
5. Add chopped parsley.

• Add cooked ravioli into the garlic butter sauce.
• Toss gently to coat.
• Add steak bites on top.
• Spoon extra garlic butter over everything.
