For the Filling
• 🧀 ½ cup crumbled blue cheese (or gorgonzola)
• 🫐 ½ cup blueberries
• 🖤 ½ cup blackberries
• ❤️ ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
• 🌿 Fresh mint leaves
Toppings
• 🍯 Extra honey (optional)

2. Cut pears in half and scoop out the core with a spoon, creating a small “cup.”
3. Place pears cut-side up on a baking tray.
