• 🥩 Steak (ribeye, sirloin, or flank)
• 🫒 Olive oil
• 🧂 Salt
• ⚫ Black pepper
• 🧄 Garlic powder
• 🌿 Fresh rosemary or thyme
• 🍋 Lemon wedge (optional, for serving)
For the Roasted Potatoes 🥔✨
• 🥔 Baby potatoes or regular potatoes, diced
• 🫒 Olive oil
• 🧂 Salt
• ⚫ Pepper
• 🌶️ Paprika
• 🧄 Garlic, minced
• 🌿 Rosemary or thyme

👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare & Roast the Potatoes
1. Preheat oven to 220°C / 430°F.
2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, and rosemary.
3. Spread on a baking tray.
4. Roast 25–35 minutes, until crispy and golden.

2️⃣ Grill the Steak
1. Pat steak dry.
2. Rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and herbs.
3. Heat grill or grill pan on high.
4. Cook steak:
• 3–4 min per side for medium-rare
• 4–5 min per side for medium
5. Let it rest 5 minutes, then slice.
