🍤🧄 Garlic Herb Butter Shrimp with Lemon

🧂 Ingredients
• 1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 3 tbsp unsalted butter
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional for depth)
• ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• Juice of 1 lemon (+ zest for extra brightness)
• Salt & pepper to taste
🔥 Instructions
1. Prepare the Shrimp
1. Pat shrimp dry and season lightly with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
2. Cook the Shrimp
1. Heat olive oil + 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add shrimp in a single layer; cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
3. Remove shrimp and set aside.
3. Make the Garlic Herb Butter Sauce
1. Reduce heat to medium.
2. Add remaining 1 tbsp butter and minced garlic; sauté 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add lemon juice, zest, and red pepper flakes if using.
4. Stir in chopped parsley.
4. Combine & Serve
1. Return shrimp to the skillet; toss to coat in the sauce.
2. Serve immediately with:
• Rice or quinoa
• Pasta
• Crusty bread for dipping
• Optional garnish: extra parsley or lemon wedges
