Garlic Butter Shrimp Bread Bowl 🦐🥖
A crispy, cheesy, and buttery seafood delight!

📝 Ingredients:

For the Bread Bowl:
1 round bread loaf (sourdough or French bread)
1 tbsp butter (melted)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
For the Garlic Butter Shrimp:
12 large shrimp (peeled & deveined)
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
For the Cheese Sauce:
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
🍽️ Directions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Bread Bowl:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the center.
Brush the inside with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.
Bake for 10 minutes until crispy.
2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp:

Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Toss in shrimp, season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Cheese Sauce:

In the same pan, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Stir in mozzarella, parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
Mix until smooth and creamy.
4️⃣ Assemble the Bread Bowl:

Pour the cheese sauce into the crispy bread bowl.
Top with garlic butter shrimp.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:

Slice and dip or eat directly from the bread bowl.
