📝 Ingredients (Serves 2)
For the Salmon & Asparagus:
• 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each, skin-on or skinless)
• 1 bunch asparagus, ends trimmed
• Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce:
• 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
• 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

🥣 Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Prepare foil packets:
• Cut 2 large sheets of aluminum foil.
• Place half the asparagus in the center of each foil sheet.
• Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil and season with salt & pepper.
3. Add the salmon:
• Place one salmon fillet on top of each asparagus bed.
• Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
4. Make the lemon garlic butter:
• In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, and red pepper flakes (if using).
5. Drizzle & wrap:
• Spoon the lemon garlic butter sauce evenly over each salmon fillet.
• Fold the foil over the salmon and seal the edges tightly into packets.
6. Bake:
• Place the foil packets on a baking sheet.
• Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
7. Serve:
• Carefully open the foil packets (steam will be hot!).
• Serve directly in the foil or transfer to plates. Spoon the buttery sauce from the packet over the top.
