
🍤 Honey Garlic Shrimp, Sausage & Broccoli
Ingredients:
* 1 lb shrimp (peeled, deveined)
* 8 oz smoked sausage (sliced)
* 2 cups broccoli florets
* 4 cloves garlic (minced)
* ¼ cup honey
* ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* 1 tbsp lemon juice
* ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
* Salt & pepper to taste
* Cooked rice/quinoa (for serving)
* Chopped parsley/cilantro (optional)
Instructions:
1. Sauce: Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice & flakes. Set aside.
2. Sausage: Sauté in oil 4–5 mins until browned. Remove.
3. Shrimp: Cook 2–3 mins per side until pink. Remove.
4. Broccoli: Sauté 4–5 mins until tender-crisp. Add splash of water if needed.
5. Combine: Return shrimp & sausage, pour sauce, stir to coat. Simmer 2–3 mins.
6. Serve: Over rice/quinoa. Garnish if desired.
Tip: Add bell peppers or snap peas for extra veggies!
