½ cup buttermilk
½ cup cornstarch
½ cup all-purpose flour
Vegetable oil (for frying)

½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sriracha (more if you like it hot)
1 tsp honey (optional)
