
Crispy Air-Fried Shrimp with Homemade Sriracha Mayo
🛒 Ingredients
For the Shrimp:
• 1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled & deveined (tails on or off)
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• Cooking spray or olive oil spray
For the Sriracha Mayo:
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1–2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to your heat level)
• 1 tsp lime juice (or lemon juice)
• 1/2 tsp honey (optional, balances heat)

🔪 Instructions
1. Prep the Shrimp
• Pat shrimp dry.
• Season lightly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
2. Bread the Shrimp
• Dredge shrimp in flour → dip in beaten eggs → coat in panko.
• Press panko gently so it sticks well.
3. Air Fry the Shrimp
• Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
• Place shrimp in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
• Spray lightly with oil.
• Air fry 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
4. Make the Sriracha Mayo
• Mix mayo, sriracha, lime juice, and honey (if using) in a small bowl.
• Taste and adjust spice or acidity to your liking.
